Located at 101 Market St Grnd Flr, Harrisburg, PA 17101, S.A.Soul Cafe’ operates as a cafe serving Harrisburg in Pennsylvania. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 9 am–2 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (223) 237-4116. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, l.facebook.com.
Customers rate it 4.5 out of 5 on Google across 31 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded cafes in Harrisburg.
Harrisburg is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Harrisburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A Hidden Gem in the Courthouse Halls – S.A. Soul Cafe Tucked inside the courthouse, where one expects nothing more than hurried sandwiches and lukewarm coffee, S.A. Soul Cafe is serving food that stops you in your tracks and reminds you what soul food is supposed to feel like. I ordered the fried fish plate with sides of sweet potato and macaroni & cheese, and from the first bite it was clear: this is cooking with love, intention, and zero shortcuts. The fish – impeccably fresh, lightly battered, and fried to a golden, greaseless crunch – arrived piping-hot, as if it had just whispered goodbye to the oil moments before reaching my tray. The flesh was sweet, flaky, and succulent; a quick dip in the tartar sauce or a swipe through their vibrant hot sauce elevated it to something borderline transcendent. The sweet potatoes were the definition of comfort: fork-tender, naturally sweet, with a whisper of cinnamon and brown-sugar butter that glazed rather than overwhelmed. And the mac & cheese – Lord have mercy – creamy without being gloopy, with a sharp cheddar backbone and a perfectly bronzed top layer that delivered that essential baked-cheese pull. Every component tasted like it wa

This place is an absolute gem hidden in the County Courthouse on the ground floor. We were just driving through town for a quick trip and I seen this establishment on Google. I must say the reviews don't do this small family owned business justice. The staff are the most friendly and kind people we had the pleasure of encountering. The food itself is beyond words for how delicious everything was. I ordered the whiting fish sandwich with fries along with a side of Baked Mac and the banana pie pudding. Not a single item disappointed it actually blew my expectations out the water especially the baked Mac. Coming from down south it's been hard to find quality baked mac here in P.a and S. A. Soul Cafe did the thing felt like I was back south eating some homemade cheesy goodness. All in all S. A. Soul Cafe is in my personal opinion the absolute best Soul food you can find in the Harrisburg area. If you or anyone you know in the area is ever looking for quality homemade Southern style Soul Food this is the spot to go. P.s the food was to good to wait that's why half my sandwich is eaten 😋

They make the empanadas from scratch after you order them. Absolutely delicious. I had the chicken, and the beef, and a mac and tenders plate. They should put mac and cheese in the empanadas. I'll be back
